Your package

$149 USD once. One payment, no automatic renewal.

Review up to 50 anonymized text conversations totaling 50,000 words against one agreed scorecard of up to eight service-quality criteria, with ten improvement examples.

Deliverables: Excel conversation-level scorecard; PDF theme summary; ten revised response examples with source references.

Required inputs: Anonymized conversation exports; approved scorecard and policy references; desired tone; handling rules and known exceptions.

Outside scope: Employee ranking or employment decisions, customer replies, legal compliance certification, sentiment-based identity inference, live helpdesk access.

Delivery and revisions

Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing information may delay the start. Two in-scope revision rounds are included, each requested within fourteen days of the latest delivery. One new package per product per calendar month. Contact support if you need another project sooner.

Up to ten source files, each up to 8 MB. Source material is locked after payment; contact support if corrections are needed.

Cancellation and service problems

Contact support before production begins to request cancellation and a refund. Once custom work begins, refunds depend on the work completed and the problem reported. If the agreed work cannot be delivered, we will arrange a refund for the undelivered work. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Sources and use

Share only material you have permission to use. We check work against supplied sources and flag uncertainty. You review outputs before publishing, importing or relying on them. No revenue, cost savings, platform acceptance or other business outcome is guaranteed. Your purchased price and scope apply to that order.

$189 USD once. One scoring handbook for up to eight approved criteria plus ten anonymized or clearly fictional practice cases and a disagreement log. Up to ten anonymized source conversations totaling 10,000 words and 5,000 words of approved policy and rubric notes. No automatic renewal. The product page defines required inputs, exclusions and formats. One new package per product per calendar month. Two in-scope revision rounds, each requested within 14 days of the latest delivery. Existing refund and source-material terms apply.
